RETURN POLICY

At the International Pause Institute, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and services to support your wellness journey. Due to the personal nature of many of our offerings, and the involvement of third-party vendors, we ask that you please review the following return guidelines:


THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

Many of our supplements, devices, skincare products, and other items are sold and fulfilled through third-party vendors or partners.
Each vendor maintains its own return and refund policy. If you purchased a product through one of our partner links or portals, you will need to contact the vendor directly to initiate a return or request a refund.

We are happy to help direct you to the correct contact information or platform if needed.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Due to health and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

Opened or used personal care items

Supplements or ingestible products

Hormone therapies or prescriptions

Customized protocols or kits

Digital programs or downloads

Any product deemed hygienic or intimate in nature

These policies are in place to protect the safety and integrity of all clients.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

All eligible returns will be issued as store credit, redeemable for products or services.

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods unless an item was received damaged or in error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, store credit, or vendor resolution.

DISSATISFACTION OR CONCERNS

If you are not satisfied with a product or service, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can work toward a resolution. While we may not be able to accept returns in all cases, our goal is always your satisfaction and trust.
